Friggitrice gas con piano di lavoro realizzato in AISI 304 e spessore 20/10. Capacità vasche: 22 litri. Rubinetto di scarico posizionato all’interno del vano neutro inferiore. Riscaldamento tramite bruciatori in acciaio inossidabile posti in vasca, a fiamma orizzontale con bruciatore pilota ed accensione piezo. L’erogazione del gas avviene mediante valvola termostatica a termocoppia, con regolazione di temperatura fino a 190°C. Provvisto di termostato di sicurezza.Dotato di: cestelli e camino alto. Dotato di camino alto.

Gas fryer with working top in stainless steel AISI 304 and 20/10 thickness. Well capacity: 22 liters. Equipped with drain valve installed in the lower neutral compartment. Heating by heat exchange pipes inside the well. Stainless steel horizontal flame burners with pilot burner and piezo ignition.
