Friggitrice a gas con piano di lavoro realizzato in AISI 304 e spessore 20/10. Rubinetto di scarico posizionato all'interno del vano neutro inferiore. Riscaldamento tramite bruciatori posti in vasca. Bruciatori in acciaio inossidabile a fiamma orizzontale con bruciatore pilota ed accensione piezo. L'erogazione del gas avviene mediante valvola termostatica con termocoppia, con regolazione di temperatura fino a 190°C. Con termostato di sicurezza.

Gas fryer with pressed working top in stainless steel AISI 304, 20/10 thickness. Equipped with drain valve installed in the lower neutral cabinet. Heating by heat exchange pipes located inside the well. Stainless steel horizontal flame burners with pilot burner and piezo ignition. Gas supply by thermostatic valve with thermocouple. Oil temperature controlled by mechanical thermostat with adjustment up to 190°C. Equipped with safety thermostat.
