Bruciatori in ghisa 1 da 6,0 kW (doppio corona), e 3 da 10,0 kW (doppio corona) fissati ermeticamente sul piano. Regolazione continua della potenza tramite rubinetto di sicurezza con termocoppia. Accensione del bruciatore principale tramite bruciatore pilota. Pilota in ottone ricoperto. Griglie in ghisa di elevato spessore.Manopole di comando a labirinto che impediscono penetrazione di acqua all'interno dei comando durante le operazioni di pulizia. Dotato di camino basso.

Pressed working top in stainless AISI 304, 20/10 thickness. Burners in cast iron and brass 1 of 6,0kW (double crown) and 3 of 10,0 kW (double crown) hermetically fixed on the top. Safety tap with thermocouple to adjust heating power. Ignition of main burner by pilot burner. Pilot burner in covered brass. High-thickness iron pan supports.Special design knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel. Equipped with a low chimney.
