Il calore latente del vapore è usato per riscaldare l'acqua prima che entri nel boiler, con un risparmio energetico che può raggiungere gli 8 kWh. Usa un aspiratore centrifugo che forza il vapore attraverso due scambiatori in rame con alette in alluminio, superficie totale di scambio 50 m2. Oltre al vantaggio energetico anche l'umidità immessa nell'ambiente è fortemente ridotta, consentendo di avere sistemi esterni di aspirazione più piccoli.

Heat recovery unit GLB0047/CN-48/CN-49/CN-50/CN, 1400 m³/ hour
The latent heat of the steam is used to heat the water before it enters the boiler, with an energy saving which can reach up to 8 kW. It uses a centrifugal extractor that forces the steam through two copper heat exchangers with aluminium fins, total exchange surface 50 m2. As well as the energy saving advantage, the humidity introduced into the environment is greatly reduced, allowing the use of smaller external extractor systems. Whenever water filtered through a reverse osmosis device is used, which irreparably corrodes some metals, among which copper, the copper/aluminium heat exchangers must be replaced by others in stainless steel, available on request with a surcharge.

Wärmerückgewinnungseinheit für GLB0047/CN-48/CN-49/CN-50/CN, 700 m³/ Stunde, 400V
Die Restwärme des Dampfes wird zum Vorwärmen des Frischwassers beim Füllen der Boiler verwendet, die Energieeinsparung beträgt bis zu 8 kWh. Ein Axial-Ventilator leitet den Dampf durch zwei Wärmetauscher mit Aluminiumrippen und innen liegenden Kupferrohren mit jeweils einer aktiven Oberfläche von 25 m2, von denen jeder einen der parallel geschalteten Boiler versorgt. Das System wird automatisch gestartet, sobald die Temperatur des Zulaufwassers unter 32 °C sinkt. Neben der Energieeinsparung wird auch der in die Spülküche entweichende Wasserdampf deutlich reduziert, was wiederum kleiner dimensionierte Raumluftsysteme ermöglicht. Steigt die Wasser-Zulauftemperatur über 32°C wird die Wärmerückgewinnung automatisch gestoppt.
