Riscaldamento tramite bruciatori in acciaio a fiamma stabilizzata con bruciatore pilota e termocoppia di sicurezza. Erogazione del gas controllata da un rubinetto valvolato in sicurezza. Griglia di cottura a "V" in acciaio inox. Le griglie a pietra lavica sono dotate di un sistema di sollevamento della griglia a mezzo di leverismi per distanziare la griglia dal braciere. Manopole di comando a labirinto che impediscono penetrazione di acqua all'interno durante le operazioni di pulizia. Dotato di camino basso.

Heated by stable-flame steel burners with pilot flame and safety thermocouple. Gas supply controlled by gas tap with safety valve. V shapedstainless steelgrid. 3 sides splashguard in AISI 304 stainless steel. Removable grease collection tray. Lava stone grills are equipped with a grid lifting device by mechanicals levers to space the grid from the brazier. Special designed knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel. Equipped with a low chimney.
