Piano di lavoro, realizzato in acciaio inox AISI 304, spessore 20/10. Bruciatori in ghisa e ottone da 5,5 kW (doppia corona, Ø 110mm), e da 7,5 kW (doppia corona, Ø 130mm). Regolazione continua della potenza tramite rubinetto di sicurezza con termocoppia. Accensione del bruciatore principale tramite pilota. Bruciatore pilota e termocoppia collocati sotto il corpo del bruciatore principale, protetti da urti accidentali ed eventuali spruzzi e/o traboccamenti. Comandi su 2 lati per una maggiore possibilità di utilizzo.

Gas range with 4 burners on cabinet with doors, stainless steel containers, two-sided panel control
Working top in stainless steel AISI 304, 20/10 thickness. Burners in cast iron and brass of 5,5 kW (double crown, Ø 110 mm) to 7,5 kW (double crown Ø 130 mm). Safety tap with thermocouple for a costant adjustment of heating power. Ignition of main burner by pilot burner. Pilot burner and thermocouple are installed underneath the main burner body in order to be protected from accidental impacts and liquid overflow. Two-sided panel control for higher possibility of use.

Sicherheitshahn mit Thermoelement zur gleichmäßigen Einstellung der Brennerleistung. Das Pilotbrenner und Thermoelement sind unter dem Hauptbrenner montiert, um vor versehentlichen Erschütterungen und Flüssigkeiten geschützt zu sein.
