Piano di lavoro realizzato in acciaio inox inossidabile AISI 304, spessore 20/10 con contenitori smaltati smontabili. Bruciatori in ghisa con spartifiamma in ottone a mono e doppia corona da 3,7 kW e 5,5 kW. Regolazione continua della potenza tramite rubinetto di sicurezza con termocoppia. Accensione del bruciatore principale tramite bruciatore pilota. Il bruciatore pilota e la termocoppia sono collocati sotto il corpo del bruciatore principale, protetti da urti accidentali ed eventuali spruzzi e/o traboccamenti.Forno gas con capacità per griglia 930×650 mm, hanno la controporta in acciaio inox con tenuta a labirinto. Accensione forno gas tramite piezo. Dotato di camino basso.

Working top in stainless AISI 304, 20/10 thickness with removable enamelled containers. Burners in cast iron and brass, single and double crown, from 3,7 kW to 5,5 kW. Safety tap with thermocouple to adjust heating power. Ignition of main burner by pilot burner. Pilot burner and thermocouple are installed underneath the main burner body to be protected from accidental impacts and liquid overflow.Gas oven with capacity for grid 930×650 mm. Oven inner door in stainless steel with labyrinth sealing. Gas oven ignition by piezo device. Equipped with a low chimney.

Arbeitsplatte aus Edelstahl AISI 304, Stärke 20/10 mit herausnehmbaren emaillierten Behältern. Brenner aus Gusseisen und Messing von 3,7 kW Einzelkranzbrenner bis 5,5 kW Doppelkranzbrenner. Sicherheitshahn mit Thermoelement zur gleichmäßigen Einstellung der Brennerleistung. Der Pilotbrenner und das Thermoelement sind unter dem Hauptbrenner montiert, um vor versehentlichen Erschütterungen und Flüssigkeiten geschützt zu sein. Gasofen mit einer Kapazität von 930×650 mm Rost. Ofeninnentür aus Dichtung. Gasofenzündung durch Piezozünder.Bedienknöpfe mit spezieller Labyrinth-Vorrichtung, die das Eindringen von Wasser während der Reinigungsarbeiten vermeidet. Ausgestattet mit niedrigem Kamin.
