Coperchio di chiusura della vasca in acciaio inox montato su cerniere. Il ribaltamento delle vasca di cottura avviene con movimento manuale. Carico automatico dell’acqua in vasca attivato da pulsante. Erogatore dell’acqua fisso posizionato sul piano. Maniglia con presa frontale in tubo in acciaio AISI 304 satinato, collegata al coperchio. Riscaldamento tramite bruciatori in acciaio ad alto rendimento termico. Riscaldamento tramite resistenze poste a diretto contatto con il fondo della vasca. Regolazione temperatura da 100°C fino a 285°C per mezzo di un termostato collegato all’interruttore. Spia che segnala il funzionamento delle resistenze.Manopole di comando a labirinto che impediscono penetrazione di acqua all'interno durante le operazioni di pulizia. Dotato di camino basso.

Satin finish AISI 304 tubular steel handle with front grip, joined to lid.Heating elements placed on direct contact with the bottom of the well. Temperature adjustment from 100°C to 285°C controlled by thermostat connected to the switch. Safety thermostat.
