Fianchi, fondo e schienale in acciaio inox. Piano in acciaio inox AISI 304 spessore 20/10. Vasca in acciaio inossidabile AISI 304, temperatura regolabile da 30°C a 90°C. Apparecchio dotato di scarico dell’acqua tramite sistema a troppo pieno a scarico verticale, possibilità di contenere bacinelle GN 2/1 + 2x GN 1/3 di altezza massima 10 cm. Riscaldamento tramite resistenze corazzate poste sotto la vasca. Termostato di sicurezza che interviene in caso di attivazione del riscaldamento senza acqua in vasca, a ripristino manuale. Attivazione del riscaldamento segnalato da una lampada spia di colore arancione collocata sul pannello comandi. Manopole di comando a labirinto che impediscono penetrazione di acqua all'interno durante le operazioni di pulizia.Nota: Contenitori non inclusi. Dotato di camino basso.

Side panels, bottom and back made in stainless steel. Top made in AISI 304 thickness 20/10 designed for flush alignment. Well in AISI 304 stainless steel, temperature adjustment from 30°C to 90°C. Appliance equipped with vertical overflow drain. Suitable for GN containers 2/1 + 2x GN 1/3 with a maximum height of 10 cm. Armored heating elements in incoloy underneath the well. Safety thermostat trips in the event of activation of heating without water in the well, manual reset. Orange indicator led on the control panel showing the activation of heating elements. Special designed knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel.Note: Gastronorm containers are not included. Equipped with a low chimney.

Gerät mit vertikalem Überlaufablauf ausgestattet. Geeignet für GN-Behälter 2/1 + 2x GN 1/3 mit einer maximalen Höhe von 10 cm. Gepanzerte Heizelemente in Incoloy unter dem Brunnen. Sicherheitsthermostat löst bei Aktivierung der Heizung ohne Wasser im Becken aus, manuelle Rückstellung. Die orangefarbene Anzeige auf dem Bedienfeld zeigt die Aktivierung der Heizelemente an. Speziell designte Knöpfe, um das Eindringen von Wasser in das Bedienfeld zu vermeiden.Hinweis: GN-Behälter nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Ausgestattet mit niedrigem Kamin.
