Fianchi, fondo e schienale in acciaio inox. Piano in acciaio inox AISI 304 20/10. Camino posteriore in ghisa smaltata. Vasca di cottura con fondo in AISI 316 e pareti in AISI 304. Attivazione e controllo del riscaldamento tramite un regolatore di energia. Il carico dell’acqua fredda o calda avviene tramite elettrovalvole attivabili dal pannello di controllo comandi con erogatore sul piano vasca. Lo scarico avviene con rubinetto da 2” ed impugnatura di sicurezza in materiale atermico. Coperchio bilanciato da cerniera con un ampia impugnatura frontale in materiale atermico. Riscaldamento tramite resistenze corazzate INCOLOY controllato da un selettore a tre posizioni. Termostato di sicurezza che interrompe automaticamente il funzionamento in caso di guasto.Pentola indiretta: Riscaldamento indiretto tramite vapore a bassa pressione generato dall’acqua contenuta nell’intercapedine del recipiente, controllato tramite un manometro frontale e gestito da una valvola di sicurezza ed una valvola di compensazione. Controllo di livello dell’acqua nell’intercapedine con spia di segna. Manopole di comando a labirinto che impediscono penetrazione di acqua all'interno. Dotato di camino basso.

Cooking bottom in stainless steel AISI 316 and walls in stainless steel AISI 304. Activation and control of heating by an energy regulator. The load of water is via solenoid valves activated by the remote control panel with dispenser on the cooking bottom. Water filling by adjustable tap. 2 inch drain with safety handle in athermic material. Balanced lid with a large front athermic handle. Heating by INCOLOY armoured heating elements controlled by a 3 position selector. Safety thermostat which interrupts the energy supply in case of failure.Indirect heating by low pressure steam generated by the water contained in the cavity of the container, controlled by a front gauge and operated by a safety valve and a compensation valve. Control of water level in the cavity activated at the minimum level with the indicator light, restoring of heating to normal level, by the load. Special designed knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel. Equipped with a low chimney.

Kochkesselboden aus Edelstahl AISI 316 und Wände aus Edelstahl AISI 304. Aktivierung und Steuerung der Heizung durch einen Energieregler. Wasserfüllung durch verstellbaren Wasserhahn. 2 Zoll Abfluss. Deckel mit großem Frontgriff. Beheizung über Heizelemente, die über einen 3-Positionen-Wahlschalter gesteuert werden. Sicherheitsthermostat, der bei Ausfall die Energieversorgung unterbricht. Indirekte Beheizung durch Niederdruckdampf, der durch das im Hohlraum des Kessels enthaltene Wasser erzeugt wird, von einer Frontanzeige gesteuert und von einem Sicherheitsventil und einem Ausgleichsventil betätigt wird. Kontrolle des Wasserstandes in dem Hohlraum, der auf dem Mindestniveau mit der Kontrollleuchte aktiviert wird, wodurch die Heizung durch die Last wieder auf den normalen Stand gebracht wird. Speziell entwickelte Knöpfe, um das Eindringen von Wasser in das Bedienfeld zu vermeiden. Ausgestattet mit niedrigem Kamin.
