Cooking bottom in stainless steel AISI 316 and walls in stainless steel AISI 304. Balanced lid in stainless steel AISI 304 with athermic handle. Heating activation and control provided by an energy regulator. Water filling by adjustable tap (2 inc) and front drain top made of chrome-plates brass, with insulated handle and well-drain hole with removable filter. Cooking bottom in stainless steel AISI 316 and walls in stainless steel AISI 304. Equipped with a low chimney.
