Raccolta residui tramite zona fredda. Riscaldamento mediante resistenze corazzate in acciaio inox AISI 304 situate all'interno della vasca e ruotabili di 90° per agevolare la pulizia. Temperatura dell’olio in vasca controllato tramite termostato meccanico con regolazione fino a 190°C. Termostato di sicurezza a ripristino manuale. Lampada spia per indicare l'attivazione del riscaldamento. Manopole di comando a labirinto che impediscono penetrazione di acqua all'interno durante le operazioni di pulizia.Dotato di: cestelli e bacinella di raccolta olio esterna. Dotato di camino basso.

Heating elements in Stainless steel AISI 304 located inside the well and revolving by 90° for an easy well cleaning. Temperature control by mechanical thermostat with adjustment up to 190°C. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Lamp on control panel to indicate heating activaton. Special designed knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel.Delivered with: Baskets and external oil drain-off pan. Equipped with a low chimney.
