Piastra di cottura realizzata in acciaio con superficie liscia cromata, incassata e removibile. Quattro zone di cottura indipendenti da 2,5 kW ciascuna. Dotata di termostato di sicurezza a ripristino automatico. Attivazione del riscaldamento tramite termostato con regolazione della temperatura superficiale da 50°C a 400°C.Lampada spia per indicare l'attivazione del riscaldamento e il corretto funzionamento dell'apparecchiatura. Manopole di comando a labirinto che impediscono penetrazione di acqua all'interno durante le operazioni di pulizia. Dotato di camino basso.

Thermostatic control for surface temperature adjustment from 50°C to 400°C. Lamp to indicate heating activation and proper working of the equipment. Special designed knobs to avoid water penetration in the control panel. Equipped with a low chimney.
