Fianchi, fondo e schienale in acciaio inox. Piano in acciaio inox AISI 304 spessore 20/10. Camino posteriore in ghisa smaltata. Vasche da 17 litri in acciaio inox AISI 304 dotate di rubinetti di scarico posizionato all’interno del vano neutro inferiore. Raccolta residui tramite zona fredda. Dotata di vasche libere, bruciatori esterni alla vasche in acciaio inossidabile a fiamma verticale ottimizzata con bruciatore pilota ed accensione piezoelettrica. L’erogazione del gas avviene mediante valvola termostatica con termocoppia, con regolazione di temperatura fino a 190°C. Con termostato di sicurezza.Dotato di: cestelli 1x 1/1 + 2x 1/2, bacinella di raccolta olio esterna e camino alto. Dotato di camino alto.

Side panels, bottom and back made in stainless steel. Top made in stainless steel AISI 304 20/10. Flue made in enamelled cast-iron. Deep pressed wells each of 17 liters with drain valves installed in the lower neutral compartment and cold zone for food particles collection. Free wells, heating by external stainless steel burners with vertical optimized flame distribution with pilot burner and piezoelectric ignition. Gas supply by thermostatic valve with thermocouple, with adjustable temperature up to 190°C. Equipped with safety thermostat. Delivered with: Baskets 1x 1/1 + 2x 1/2, external oil drain-off pan and flue extension. Equipped with a high chimney.
