Piano di lavoro realizzato in acciaio inox inossidabile AISI 304, spessore 20/10 con contenitori smaltati smontabili. Piastra radiante in ghisa di grosso spessore con foro centrale. Riscaldamento mediante bruciatore a doppia corona con massima potenza 7 kW in ghisa di elevata potenza (temperatura max. 500°C). Erogazione gas controllata da valvola termostatica in sicurezza, accensione mediante dispositivo piezoelettrico. Apparecchiatura dotata di 4 bruciatori a doppia corona, nr.2 da 7,5 kW e nr.2 da 5,5 kW. Dotato di camino basso.

Gas solid top, top version + 4 burners
Working top in stainless AISI 304, 20/10 thickness with removable enamelled containers. Radiant hotplate in heavy gauge cast iron and with central bullseye. Heating by doublering 7 kW burner in cast iron for temperature up to 500°C. Gas supply controlled by thermostatic safety valve, automatic piezoelectric ignition. Appliance equipped with double crown burners, 2 of 7.5 kW and 2 of 5.5 kW. Equipped with a low chimney.
