Il modello GLB0123 EVOLUTION è la soluzione giusta per i ristoratori che hanno la necessità di lavare un gran numero di piatti, vassoi e teglie da forno pur avendo a disposizione uno spazio limitato, con la garanzia di una portata massima di 40 cesti/ora (880 piatti/ora). Grazie al cestello dedicato, è infatti possibile lavare vassoi GN 1/1 fino a 65 mm di altezza, cassette e teglie 600×400 mantenendo le misure di una comoda lavastoviglie sottobanco. Grazie alla potente pompa di lavaggio e alle giranti di lavaggio da 30 mm, la rimozione dello sporco più ostinato non sarà un problema. La pompa di scarico consente di gestire automaticamente lo scarico e di effettuare un cambio parziale dell'acqua dolce a ogni ciclo di lavaggio.

The GLB0123 EVOLUTION model is the right solution for restaurateurs who need to wash a large number of plates, trays and bakery trays while having limited space at their disposal, with the guarantee of a maximum throughput of 40 baskets/hour (880 plates/hour). Thanks to the dedicated basket, it is in fact possible to wash GN 1/1 trays up to 65 mm high, crates and 600×400 pastry trays while maintaining the measurements of a convenient undercounter dishwasher. Thanks to the powerful wash pump and the Ø30mm washing impellers, removing the most stubborn dirt will not be your problem. The drain pump allows you to manage the drainage automatically and to perform a partial freshwater change at each wash cycle.

Das Modell GLB0123 EVOLUTION ist die geeignete Lösung für Gastronomen, die eine hohe Mengen Teller, Tabletts und Backbleche spülen müssen und nur wenig Platz zur Verfügung haben, denn es garantiert einen maximalen Durchsatz von 40 Körben/Stunde (880 Teller/Stunde). Dank des speziellen Korbes ist es möglich, GN 1/1 Tabletts mit einer Höhe von bis zu 65 mm, Kisten und 600×400 Backbleche zu spülen und dabei die Maße einer praktischen Untertischspülmaschine beizubehalten. Dank der leistungsstarken Spülpumpe und den Ø30 mm großen Spülarmen ist es kein Problem, auch den hartnäckigsten Schmutz zu entfernen. Mit der Ablaufpumpe können Sie den Abfluss automatisch steuern und bei jedem Spülgang einen teilweisen Frischwasserwechsel durchführen.
